Friday Ladies Performance Series

This women’s only development series is designed for the golfer who is ready to take their game to the next level. It is our desire for you to fulfill your performance potential while helping spark your passion for the game in a relaxed and fun environment. Our PGA of Canada female professionals will cover everything from golf specific yoga sessions to course management strategies and swing analysis techniques from tee to green. Come and discover your true potential in this unique and intimate learning environment with a group of like-minded ladies. Space will be limited to 8 participants, maximizing each golfer’s personal interaction with our two highly trained and experienced instructors.
May 12 (Burnaby Mountain) / May 26 (Riverway)
Brush off the Dust: Back to the basics focuses on sound swing and game fundamentals. Get your golf season up and running and get onto the course with confidence! This session will also touch on hitting the ball from different lies and tricky situations.
June 9 (Burnaby Mountain) / June 23 (Riverway)
Control & Accuracy: Discover the consistency you need to hit those fairways and greens! From stabilizing your core, centered balance to knowing where your club face is at any point in your swing. Ball flight control and direction will be focused on helping you to keep the ball straight both off the tee and as you get closer to the hole.
July 7 (Burnaby Mountain) / July 21 (Riverway)
Power & Rhythm: Learn how to tap into those extra yards of distance off the tee and from the fairway. Power sources will be explored in the session and your swing will be analyzed in detail helping you to focus on the specific areas where you could be gaining the most power.
August 11 (Burnaby Mountain) / August 25 (Riverway)
Playing to Score: Getting it in the hole will be the primary focus for this fun and informative day of golf. In this session, we will explore the statistics around scoring and where to maximize your efforts to see the number on the scorecard move in the right direction. This session will also include a special clinic on hard to hit shots and saves.
